A view of one of the pools at Seven Falls near Tuscon, Arizona in mid-October (just after monsoon season). This was the goal of a ~4 mile hike (~8.2 miles round trip) with about 1100ft/335m elevation gain. The hike was beautiful and takes you across the creek 7 times. I found it interesting that Bear Canyon, home of Seven Falls, had a much higher concentration of saguaro cactus than Saguaro National Park. This is one of a few pools at the falls and swimming is allowed. The water is heavy with tannins giving it a slightly brown tint.
