Don't forget to look behind you when you're photographing a scene in nature. There are at least a couple reasons for this. Critters appearing behind you is certainly one and so is a completely different composition than you planned. The light on these clouds over the Chisos Mountains is a great example.

This natural structure is about 30 feet deep and is filled with water during a rain storm. This is where the rainwater makes a sharp turn into the wash that runs down the mountain to the left of the camera.
